A Dawoodi Bohra Indian Muslim dies leaving behind wife,mentally handicapped son, married to a dawoodi bohra, and a daughter, later the son,s wife demands her husbands share of 50% from the premises where the son, his wife, mother and daughter resides. Through the she gets another premises equivalent to her share. On receiving they sign up their titles , interest and rights on the father's premises. Six years later son dies. property, daughter is residing with her.
Does the widowed wife of the son has a right to inherit her husband's property? Can she put any claim on the father in law's property? Does the daughter stand to inherit both the property as the brother's wife has no children born or adopted by her?
